Book an Appointment
DRESS APPOINTMENTS AT THE WEDDING ROOM
We always recommend that you book an appointment time, this way you are guaranteed undivided attention. This is to enable you to receive the best possible level of service. If you turn up without an appointment then we may not be able to allow you to try dresses on.
You have the option of booking a 60min appointment or a 90min appointment.
During the appointment we do advise that you speak openly about the dresses you like. It is OK to say you don't like a dress, it really helps if you don't like them all.
BELOW ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
What should I wear for an appointment? Please come in your usual clothes, maybe ones that are easy for you to get in and out of comfortably. With regards to underwear, we suggest you wear pale coloured underwear that supports you well. If you have a good strapless skin toned bra this is a bonus, if not please don't buy one just for the appointment. Good underwear will give you the most accurate idea of your body shape in a dress.
Who can come with me to the appointment? We recognise that searching for your wedding dress is an emotional experience and therefore you are likely to want your trusted friends and family members to help you with your decision. You are more than welcome to bring your 'wedding committee' with you, however due to the size of the shop we do recommend no more than bride and four people.
Do I need to bring anything with me? The only thing we would ask you to do is research our dresses before you attend the appointment. If you spot any dresses you wish to try then please screen shot the images and we will show you these dresses first.
Can I bring small children to the appointment? Small children are welcome to attend the appointment with you, however they are your responsibility and an adult should be with them at all times, they are not free to wonder around the shop at their leisure without adult supervision. We do provide a small box of toys to keep them occupied. No food is allowed to be consumed during an appointment.
Is there anywhere to park? There is limited parking directly outside the shop so we recommend you park on the residential street opposite the shop, Woodland Grove. Please be mindful not to block driveways. If you have people in your party with mobility concerns, please notify us prior to your appointment and we can allow limited parking at the back of the shop.
Can I take photographs? You are welcome to take photographs but please be considerate of the bride and her wishes. we also take images throughout the appointment and often it is easier if we simply transfer the images to you at the end of the appointment.

FLOWER APPOINTMENTS AT THE WEDDING ROOM
As with a dress appointments we recommend that you book an appointment to discuss your thoughts about your wedding flowers. This is a good opportunity to look through the brochure of our previous work and then talk in detail about your ideas.
We allow a 60min appointment for the first consultation.
It is a good idea to have an idea of the style of flowers you like, not necessarily the flower names, but the colour palette you are hoping to work to and the quantity of flowers you envisage needing - this only has to be approximate. If you have selected your dress, the bridesmaids dresses and the grooms suit, a reference image of these can be helpful.
We will guide you in terms of seasonality. After this initial consultation we will follow up with a written quote.
